Child Safety Policy

Kaapu Lights Child Safety Standards
At Kaapu Lights, the safety of our community is our highest priority. We have a zero‑tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming, child trafficking, or any activity that exploits or endangers children.
Our platform is intended for users 16 years of age and older. Any activity involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is strictly prohibited.
1. Prohibited Content
The following is strictly forbidden on Kaapu Lights:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Child exploitation or abuse in any form
- Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
- Soliciting or sharing explicit images involving children
- Child trafficking or exploitation
- Any content encouraging or promoting the abuse of children
- Links to websites or services that contain or distribute CSAE content
- Attempts to recruit, exploit, or harm children
2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately using the in‑app reporting tools or contact us.

When reporting, please include:
- A description of the incident
- Username or profile involved (if known)
- Screenshots or other relevant information (if available)
We review reports as quickly as possible and take appropriate action.
3. Enforcement Actions
When we identify or receive credible reports of CSAE‑related content or behavior, we may:
- Immediately remove the content
- Suspend or permanently terminate the account
- Preserve relevant records where legally required
- Cooperate with law enforcement and appropriate authorities, where required by law
- Take additional actions necessary to protect our community
4. User Responsibilities
All members of Kaapu Lights are expected to:
- Respect the safety and dignity of children
- Never upload, share, request, or promote prohibited content
- Report suspicious or illegal activity immediately
- Follow all applicable laws and our Community Guidelines
5. Compliance
Kaapu Lights is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and Google Play policies regarding child safety and the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
